Returns, Refunds & Cancelation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tathata Golf. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Any new tangible Tathata gear items that were purchased may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Streaming & Online Membership:

Tathata Golf’s online membership is available in monthly and yearly billing options. You may adjust your billing preferences anytime you want during your membership to select to be auto-billed, or not, at the end of your term. You may  cancel your membership at any time, and you will still be able to enjoy your membership until your billing cycle comes to an end. You are responsible for your billing preferences, and there will not be refunds given for any billed charges. You are required to cancel prior to renewal date. You may do so by going into your “Billing” page in your profile. You may also email us prior to your renewal to let us know you would like to cancel. Tangible Gear Item:

In order to get a refund the product must be returned in its original packaging and in like new condition with all parts and pieces within 30 days (original shipping and return shipping is non-refundable). Proof of purchase or receipt is required. If there are any signs of damage, foul odors, pet hair, dirt or other debris, the return will not be accepted for any type of refund or exchange. Please note that all returns are carefully inspected by our Returns Department.

Return Shipping Details:

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on their return. It is strongly suggested that customers purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, the return will not be accepted. It is also suggested customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure that we receive the package. Tathata Golf is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process. Returns may be rejected on individual circumstances.

For any rejected return, if the customer would like the product sent back to them, they must email us at support@tathatagolf.com and approve the return shipping fee that will be applied to their credit card. Our warehouse only holds on to rejected returns for 30 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the customer within 30 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued.
